The Jazz
Trio specializes in
jazz
music, from
easy listening ballads suited to dinner music, to swing & latin
styles for dancing or livening up the occassion, to uptempo modern jazz
if requested. They can also do more traditional
styles from the 20's , mixing New Orleans
& Dixie, with Swing and Big Band era jazz.
The unit is
a very
professional & experienced group of musicians.
The Jazz
Trio is
primarily a small instrumental group consisting of :
Piano / keyboard - Upright Double Bass / electric
bass - Saxes / Clar / Flute
The Jazz
Trio performs in two repertoire styles :
A. 20's / trad / dixie / new orleans / 30's / 40's / 50's jazz. etc.
B. 50's / standards / 60's on / modern jazz
/ funk jazz / latin jazz. etc.

Composed of Guitar / Bass / Drums / Saxes & flute / Piano & synth, the group covers a broad repertoire in this idiom.
Although in a modern area of sound , the unit is very aware
of the audience.
Thus all the repertoire is very melodic & easy to listen
to.
The band selects music from its repertoire that suites
your occassion,
whether it be modern jazz tunes, to more audience involved
instrumentals,
to modern funk / acid rock / hip-hop / fusion rhythms for
dancing.
The group is available for parties, birthdays, functions,
venues, weddings etc.
